  • Individuals and families facing end-of-life, wanting peace and liberation from fear

For Brent Hahn, diagnosed at 54 with Stage 4 prostate cancer with a Gleason score of 9, the Heart Protocol was a Godsend to him and his family.

Mr. Hahn understandably experienced a tremendous amount of stress, fear and sadness attempting to come to terms with his his own end of life. He and his family struggled for a number of years trying to find a cure and a way out from under the weight of this diagnosis. It was a dark and exhausting endeavor that left him no less stressed and fearful. A friend referred him to try this alternative jounrey to get relief.

Mr. Hahn, and later his entire adult family (wife, children, siblings) experienced the Heart Protocol, bringing peace and understanding around his illness. While Mr. Hahn found himself to be less afraid of the experience of death, the entire family experienced a deep re-connection and appreciation for the bonds that held them together. A deep trust in the existence, endurance, and strength of the human spirit. came forward. These changes enabled Mr. Hahn and his family to transition from fear and grief, to a place of celebration of his life while still with him and to live out his days in deep appreciation of their relationships as a family.

  • Couples looking to deepen connection and understanding

“My husband and I had tried everything to get clear on our relationship and heal. After years of being together, we had lost sight of how to understand each other again. After experiencing 2 journeys of the Heart Protocol, we were able to see into what subconscious beliefs and protection mechanisms we had created in our past that were coming forward in our relationship today. We each had our own experience, and it still brought us together in a deep knowing and understanding of one another we couldn’t get to through talk therapy or other modalities. We are more patient and open, more free to speak our needs (and know what we need), and to take more responsibility for ourselves as individuals and in relationship. The effects of trickled down to our children as we have better relationships with them as well. I would advise this to anyone- get out of your head and come back to your heart. “

  • Veterans and individuals seeking relief from PTSD or depression

“I felt I was being called to the Journey. I’ve experienced childhood trauma and I needed a new way to work through my life-long depression and anxiety. Therapy and traditional medications were not putting me in the state of peace I longed for. Since the journey, I look at things through a bigger lens. I ask a lot more questions. I am calmer. my eating habits have improved. I feel more refreshed and energetic. My desire to be out in my garden as a gift instead of chore this season has came through. My ability to listen more with less reactivity has improved. I feel excited for my future instead of fearful. I am now medication free and although I still have the ebbs and flows of life, I feel at peace. I 100% would recommend this to anyone. There’s a lot of power to the journey. Taking steps to open your heart prior to your journey will allow you to let go and have a life transforming experience. “

  • First Nations elders and adults wanting to heal from trauma, addiction and abuse

My name is Rueben George. I am a ceremonial Chief, family counselor and have worked in corrections, First Nations and Tribal Healing centers and school districts. For the last 12 years, I have been doing land, water, and people's rights work regionally, nationally, and internationally. My personal experience in the Heart Protocol has helped me heal tremendously. The medicine elevates me to a higher spiritual consciousness where my most intense trauma is healed. The spiritual and therapeutic staff were on hand to guide me through my healing journey before, during, and after, making me feel safe.

This ceremony has helped improve my life in every aspect, my mind, body, and soul. I have had spiritual uplifts in the ceremonies and have dealt with deep traumas. I have sent dozens of my friends and family to receive this therapeutic, spiritual treatment. The ceremony has been helping my relations heal the intergenerational trauma from colonialism and the intergenerational effects of residential schools. “

  • Individuals looking to explore deeper understanding of themselves

“On my first journey so much trauma and pain left my body, it was like twenty years of counseling in four hours. This is the best gift that has ever come my way in healing. I was left with a void that filled with so much love and peacefulness. I started a new journey in life of more love for everyone and everything which also led to better eating habits and daily exercise. I also developed closer ties with family and co-journeyers as my brothers and sisters. More journeys brought me more peace and love as it also shattered my ego and who I thought I was. I now only concern myself with what really matters spiritually as a lot of unlearning of the system has occurred.

At first I was hesitant to try the medicine as the government had labeled it a drug. During these journeys many wonderful teachings have come such as, I saw more than I understood, and understood more than I saw. Also with the closeness of fellow journeyers, all honorable people belong to the same tribe. I now trust in the indigenous medicines so much. Let’s put our heads, hearts and hands together and create a better world for ourselves, children and generations to come. With great love, peace and light lets all trust the medicine that works for us in mysterious ways it is worth it at any cost. “
